The crescent moon shows us how nature can create a beautiful equidistant curve. The art of classical dressage and yoga follow this natural phenomenon by bringing symmetry and flow throughout a dynamic practice and development of the mind-body-soul. As horses and riders develop their flexibility, strength, flow and balance through riding the geometric figures of dressage movements, this practice will bring symmetry, coordination and collected development to both horse and rider. These results happen over time, creating harmony with a fine-tuned communication of sacred connection and beauty.

The Crescent Moon practice is classical dressage guided by yogic principles and the training tree. The practice is a combination of technique and feel applied to the geometric figures of dressage including equidistant bends straightlines, and lateral movements. The riders are encouraged to feel and listen deeply to their horses and develop their own unique connection within classical principles. This is a relational kind of riding where we ask, listen, respond and create space for the horse to develop their voice and feel safe in relationship with their rider amd vice versa. This element is the most important one.
